Tower Investments is pleased to announce the purchase of a two-story 19,938 sq.ft., multi-tenant office building located just off South Jordan Parkway at 912 West Baxter Drive in South Jordan, Utah.  The building is within minutes from Interstate 15, the main north-south artery for the state of Utah and is just 19 miles from Downtown Salt Lake City and 20 miles from Salt Lake City International Airport. 

The building is currently 100% leased.  Tenants include Wasatch RX, LLC, Security Alarms Financing Enterprises (SAFE), CBC Mortgage Agency, Five Star North America, LLC and Jenkins Law Office.
