Grand Twin Towers Office Center consists of two five-story office buildings of 45,773 sq.ft. and 44,755 sq.ft., totaling 90,528 sq.ft., located at 234 & 236 Goodwin Crest Drive in Birmingham, Alabama, 8 miles southwest of Downtown Birmingham.

  • The buildings are currently 100% occupied.  Tenants include the US Government DHS/ICE, the Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services (“ADRS”) and Bryant Bank, a Birmingham-based bank founded in 2005.
